Coptic Church Portugal collects only the information necessary to respond to prayer requests, event registrations, and volunteer onboarding. Submission data is stored in encrypted systems (Google Workspace and Firebase) and removed when it is no longer needed for ministry purposes.

Access to personal data is limited to trained staff and volunteer leads who sign confidentiality guidelines. We never sell information and only share it with partners (for example Serve the City) when you explicitly authorize us to do so.
